It is with great pleasure that the Harvard Human Rights Journal invites you to our annual Symposium.  This year’s Symposium will focus on corporate complicity in human rights abuses and investigate whether corporations should be held liable for actions that may lead to serious violations of human rights law.  Specifically, we will explore the role of States, businesses, and local communities in protecting against human rights abuses.
